Both are second-generation members.

Brian Kearney proudly serves our wonderful country as a Captain in the US Air Force. Captain Kearney just completed his final flight at Vance Air Force Base in Oklahoma, marking the end of his time as a T-6A Texan II instructor pilot. It’s been an incredible journey watching him teach and mentor the next generation of Air Force pilots.

Next stop for Captain Kearney is the F-35 Lightning Fighter Jet training later this year at Elgin AFB. The sky isn't the limit—it’s just the beginning. Keep aiming high, Brian

The second member is Logan Lenihan as he competed in the KSI Karate World Championship in Finland.

Logan first won EVERY individual kata match, taking him straight to the Finals! Logan worked incredibly hard, balancing training, managing heavy schoolwork, playing sports, and volunteering for our community. His discipline and dedication are impressive.

At the finals, Logan is taking home 2nd Place hardware for Individual Kata. There were 36 competitors from throughout the world in his division.

We are looking forward to the future endeavors of both of these exceptional young men. We are honored that they are our brothers in the Orangeburg Volunteer Fire Department.
